Isotherm Hoody

Isotherm Hoody

In outerwear’s natural selection, our award-winning Isotherm Hoody is evolution at its best. Ideal for insulation during active use — like ice climbing or backcountry skiing — the state-of-the-art Polartec® Alpha® cuts the need for impervious fabric faces. Rather, Marmot uses an abrasion-resistant face fabric and lines the hoody with hyper breathable mesh. Reinforced soft shell shoulders, an attached hood and a free-moving fit — it’s a new species of light, warm and breathable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't leave home without it. This has been one of the most important layers in my kit. I use it all summer and winter guiding in the Tetons. I find that it goes with me on 95% of my guiding days. It's breathability is unmatched by any other insulation I have used in the mountains. Not to mention the overall comfort of just having the jacket on. It is amazing how quickly the jacket dries out if it gets wet. I have had the same one for the last 3 years and may have used it over 400 days in the field and it is still in great shape. If you are looking for one do it all lightweight puffy than this is it.
