Durability
Leather’s structure consists of microscopic fibrils which are randomly intertwined together to form fibre bundles. Armortan® is a new generation of chemistry which is focused on these fibril bundles within the leather structure.
The fibril bundles are encased by microscopic ceramic "armor plates" which are more resistant to abrasion, thus increasing the durability of the leather by preventing wear on contact surfaces and materials.

Marmot BacteriaStat with A.M.Y. is a non-migratory silver ceramic polymer additive embedded into the polymer matrix of the polyester yarn before extrusion, finishing and knitting.
