Care Instructions
Marmot does not recommend dry cleaning for any of our products. Gore-Tex® fabric products, MemBrain® fabric products, down insulated products, and fleece are all machine washable. You should use a commercial front loading machine and follow the care instructions.

I wonder how thick (warm) is this jacket? Is it constructed like a shell with some room for layers underneath or more like a standalone jacket? How would it compare to the Fulcrum shell? Thank you very much.

The Treeline is warm and waterproof, but not too bulky. There is room for extra insulation if you need it, but it can be worn with only a baselayer. It's a half-pound heavier than the Fulcrum, and features a zip-off hood and Angel-Wing Movement™. Check out Marmot Freeride Skier Shea Flynn's photos for some shots of the Treeline in action.

What a ski jacket!!!!!!!! No need to pile on the layers.
Pockets are placed in perfect locations. My ski friends also commented on how nice the jacket looks!!!!! AAAA++++

I bought this jacket a few weeks ago after looking at a lot of other options. Really happy with my decision. The jacket is warm, has a good amount of pockets and features and fits great. I have received several compliments on how it looks as well.

Awesome jacket Very warm.
Couple things I don't like. No way at all to attach a lift ticket or my season pass. There is no pass holder like it says in the description What's up with that this is a ski coat right? No key clip inside the jacket. And no iPod pocket with slit to pass wires through. So to sum it up I love everthing but the pockets
