Just picked up a Marmot Shadows Beanie Hat at Buckman's Ski Shop in PA. I'll admit I'm a sucker for beanie style hats! It also helps that I sport a "baldy" which I always seem to have something covering my head. The hat is well made, (in China) soft and comfy. What really sold it for me was the extra 2'' fleece headband around the inside of the hat. This will undoubtably offer extra protection for the ears. Also it's low profile and streamlined it fits under my bike helmet too! Bonus! I got the cool blue color called "Stellar Blue" Hmm, can't help but think the guys over at Marmot got the idea from the Grateful Dead song Stella Blue? Hey now!

Very comfortable with the headband inside and warm. Breathes just enough to wick out sweat but keeps you nice and toasty. My new favorite beanie!
