These are, hands down, the best kids' mittens out there. With almost every other pair, my twins could never get their thumbs in the thumb hole and the cuff was never long enough to cover the coat. With these, their hands are protected from snow and their a piece of cake to get on. In classic Minnesota weather (10 degrees and below for weeks on end) they need a fleece liner to be warm enough, but they're toasty anywhere above that.
