It’s good. This is an excellent price for a very good pair of trousers. The fabric is a four-way stretch material that allows loads of freedom of movement, which is ideal for climbing, mountaineering or just clambering over a stile. The waist is an elasticated design with belt loops and a zip fly. The lower leg has a zip extending to the ankle cuff, which is useful for fitting the trouser over a ski boot or high-cuffed mountaineering boot. The ankle cuff also gets a drawcord adjuster. The pocketing is good with a dedicated zipped map pocket on the leg, which is very useful. There are also two deep pocket hip pockets that are great for the hands. A rearzipped pocket completes the features. Superb trousers for the price, and well worth a closer look. - by Graham Thompson
