In 2003, Exum Guide and Marmot Athlete Angela Hawse led an all-women expedition to Ama Dablam. This nine-woman team not only climbed the mountain but raised over $20,000.00 for the dZi Foundation to start a safe house for young girls in Sikkim, India. Many of the women on the expedition were Chicks with Picks alum.
