I am a huge outdoors enthusiast and I also fully admit to being a gearhead. Having the right gear just makes your outdoors adventures just that much more fun and safe. While I do not buy exclusively from Marmot, they are easily in my top 3 companies for outdoors gear (Patagonia, Marmot & Outdoor Research). Every product I have ever purchased from Marmot has performed at least as well as expected and many times well above that mark. I am one of the people who buy new jackets every year while still keeping the old ones so as you can imagine my closet is chock full of hard shells, soft shells, fleece jackets and everything inbetween. I just cant bring myself to part with old gear. Anyways when it comes to outdoors gear and clothing, Marmot is right at the top and I imagine I will still be buying Marmot gear as long as I am still able to go outdoors.
