  • Adrian Ballinger Mountain Guides
    Adrian Ballinger is an IFMGA/AMGA fully certified guide and the founder of Alpenglow Expeditions. Adrian has been guiding full-time for the past 15 years, and focuses on high-altitude mountaineering, big mountain skiing, and rock and ice climbing. He has summited 8,000 meter peaks ten times, including five summits of Mt. Everest, and recently completed the first complete ski descent of Manaslu, all while guiding. Adrian is based in his trilogy of "hometowns" - Squaw Valley, Chamonix, and a tent in the Himalaya.
  • Ruedi Beglinger Mountain Guides
    Ruedi Beglinger is the founder of Selkirk Mountain Experience in Revelstoke, BC, Canada, where he lives with his family at the Durrand Glacier Chalet. He guides ski-touring and powder skiing in the Northern Selkirk Mountains from November until April, then guides ski mountaineering trips in the European Alps, and during the summer months guides mountaineering and alpine rock climbing in Canada.

  • Mark Newcomb Mountain Guides
    Born and raised at the foot of the Tetons, Mark grew up on skis following his father as he was doing research on snow and avalanches. After finishing college and exploring Asia for a year, Mark returned to Jackson, took up mountaineering and started exploring the relentlessly vertical terrain of the Teton backcountry. It wasn’t long before he combined his mountaineering instincts with his ski abilities to tackle steep lines that had not yet been descended on skis. Continually raising the bar, he eventually completed first descents of the Hossack-McCowan Couloir and Otter Body routes on the Grand Teton, and high-altitude descents in Asia that included Shishapangma’s Unsch Couloir (26,000’) and Sepu Kangri (23,000’). Mark was the lead avalanche hazard forecaster and operations manager for Valdez Heli-Ski Guides until 2000 and 2005 respectively.

The rest of the year he teaches avalanche courses, ski guides, and leads custom adventures and corporate community building retreats worldwide through his guiding company Aerial Boundaries.
