Miles Smart is an UIAGM Mountain and Ski Guide living in Chamonix, France. He has skied and guided numerous steep ski descents around the Alps and worldwide, established many speed climbing records on El Capitan in the Yosemite Valley, and has participated in a number of expeditions to the Himalaya and the greater ranges.
